50th Anniversary Celebration!       171st Birthday Celebration!
In August of 2002 we celebrated 50 years in the North Hills (where we moved from Pittsburgh's North Side), and the 171st birthday of our founding. Our 10:00am service was a special Family Festival Eucharist, with Asst. Bishop Henry Scriven celebrating, along with Rev. Lynn Chester Edwards, Rev. Rodge Wood, and Rev. Don Place. The Christ Church Adult Choir and the Children's Choir each presented special music for this occasion

After the service we began the afternoon's festivities! BBQ chicken, burgers, and a host of side dishes were served all afternoon, to the music of DJ Charlie Appel. There was an inflated "jumping room" for the kids, along with crafts and games. The afternoon's activities:
