The Chancel Choir The Christ Church Chancel Choir is made up of individuals who love choral music and contribute to our Sunday worship services through singing. We are made up of young and mature individuals who work hard striving for musical excellence, and have a good time doing it. The Chancel Choir rehearses from 7:30 - 8:45 PM on Thursdays, and sings at the 10:00 AM Eucharist on Sunday mornings from September through Trinity Sunday. We have a warm-up rehearsal on Sunday morning from 9:00 - 9:40 AM. The choir welcomes singers of all musical backgrounds, ages 16 - senior citizen. The Choristers The Choristers is a vocal ensemble open to all youth in grades 6 - 12. The choir rehearses on Thursday evenings from 6:50 - 7:30 PM and sings at the 10:00 AM Eucharist on Sunday mornings on the first Sunday of every month. The Chamber Choir The Chamber Choir is a group of 8 members who sing for the monthly Evensong service (the second Sunday of each month from October - May at 6:30 PM). The Chamber Choir rehearses on Thursday evenings from 8:45 - 9:45 PM. Admission to the group is by audition only. If you would like to join any of our vocal ensembles, simply contact any choir member, or Jon Kolenchak, Organist & Choirmaster. You may join any ensemble at any time during the year. |
